When you use Clockeet, we collect information you provide directly (name, email, photos, compatibility profile data including genotype, religion, tribe, and preferences) and information generated by your use of the app (swipe history, match activity, chat messages, device information).
Sensitive data including genotype, blood group, and health-related information is encrypted at rest and never sold to third parties under any circumstances.
Your data is used to: power AI compatibility matching, generate conversation suggestions, display your profile to potential matches, improve our algorithms, and send you relevant notifications. We do not use your data for advertising targeting by third parties.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with service providers (cloud hosting, payment processing) under strict data processing agreements. We will disclose data to law enforcement only when legally required.
Your profile is visible to other Clockeet users you appear in their discovery queue. You control what information appears on your public profile.
Your data is stored on encrypted servers. Sensitive fields (genotype, blood group) use AES-256 encryption at rest. We use TLS 1.3 for all data in transit. We conduct regular security audits.
You have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, delete your account and all associated data, export your data, and object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@clockeet.com or use the in-app account settings.
Account deletion: Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. All data is permanently removed within 30 days.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and analytics cookies (anonymized) to understand how the app is used. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
Clockeet is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we discover an account belonging to someone under 18, we will immediately delete it.
